Andrew oversees three ventures focused on land and commercial real estate investments. His primary focus is the ground-up development of storage and industrial assets in exurban markets. These projects are internally financed and managed, with an approach geared toward long-term ownership.

Andrew is the founder and manager of a professional engineering firm specializing in the energy sector, which has been in operation since 2014. The firm’s core mission is to provide advisory services to clients, with a primary focus on oil, gas, and power-related matters. Additionally, Andrew serves as an expert witness in litigation involving energy issues.


Oil and Gas Investment

Andrew oversees the acquisition and management of assets in the oil and gas sector on behalf of two closely-held partnerships. His primary focus is on unconventional developments within the Midcontinent and Texas regions. Over the past decade, his companies have acquired approximately 200 properties across three states.

Andrew's Background

Andrew is a licensed petroleum engineer by profession and serves as a sole or joint partner in various operating businesses and investment ventures, primarily focused on energy and real estate.Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Andrew accumulated a decade of experience in corporate roles, working as a petroleum engineer for oil and gas companies and as an investment banker with global financial institutions, including Bank of America and Citigroup. During this period, he advised oil and gas clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions totaling over $28 billion.Andrew graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He also holds three advanced degrees in engineering and business, including a Doctorate in Engineering from Texas A&M University.Andrew resides on the Texas Gulf Coast with his wife and their two spirited chihuahuas, Fiona and Teddy.
